Urban space constantly communicates with us. We are flooded with signals and pieces of information. Each of us sees only fragments. The sum total of these elements, selected by us while stopping in different places, comprises our image of urban space. We have no time or we are not willing to explore the city center. Therefore we get acquainted with it selectively.

I decided to take you for a stroll. We will walk slowly through small streets and take a look at hidden backyards. This way we will be able to notice the fragments of the surrounding that we miss in our daily life. We will look for symmetry, textures and colors, and things we often overlook. Only after that, we will be able to answer the question: what the Bydgoszcz city center looks like?
